sandwich?
is there one particular way to make a sandwich?
do you put mayo on both side of the bread? is it necessary to put mayo on both sides of the bread? is it someone's preference to have mayo on both side of the bread?
is there a formula to make a sandwich?
is there a written policy in "how to make a sandwich?"
there's a SOP,standard operation procedure, in which a sandwich is supposed to be made?
perhaps, there's a way to make a sandwich, and i am the ONLY one who hasn't read the sandwich book.

It depends of how much of each condiment you want. I like mayo so I like putting it on both sides but if you don't like it too much, then just on one side.
You make a sandwich in whatever way makes you happy, man.
